Our Story

Arootedink didn't start in a studio. It started in the in-between hours — after hospital shifts, after a full day in hospitality, in whatever pocket of time was left before the next one began.

What kept coming back was a simple observation: the spaces we live in shape how we feel in ways we rarely stop to name. Vastu Shastra has mapped that relationship for thousands of years — which direction holds which energy, which element belongs where. It's not decoration theory. It's a system.

Most wall art ignores that entirely. It's chosen for color-matching a couch, not for what a space actually needs. Arootedink exists to close that gap — minimalist prints, each one built for a specific direction and element, so what's on your wall is doing more than filling it.

The Akasha Edit & The Meridian Series

Two collections, one system. The Akasha Edit leans soft and Wabi-Sabi — imperfect, organic, quiet. The Meridian Series is precision — sharper geometry for spaces that want structure. Both map the same 8 directions and 8 elements; the difference is in how they express it.

Why digital

Every print is an instant download. No shipping wait, no damaged-in-transit disappointment, no waiting a week to see if a piece works in your space. Buy it, download it, print it at home in whatever size the wall calls for — today, not in ten business days.

Where this is going

This is early. Every direction is being built out deliberately, not rushed — because a system built on precision shouldn't be assembled carelessly. If you're here, you're early too. Thank you for that.
